Your song

This can be Youtube, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc…

  • Must be an original song and unpublished (unless it is your own publishing entity).
  • If co-written, you must have approval from all co-writers to enter the contest.
  • Lyric videos are not accepted. Please look at other submissions for reference of what will be accepted.
  • You cannot be a professional songwriter who derives more than 50% of your income through songwriting. You cannot have had a song on the Billboard Top 100 charts within the previous 2 years. You cannot be signed to a publishing company.
  • You retain full ownership of your song. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it in promotional material. Be aware, when you publish online it is now accessible to everyone. If ownership is important, consider copywriting your work prior to submission.
  • Our music industry judges panel select one song as the Judges’ Pick based on the commercial potential of the songwriting, not the quality of the video or performance. They win $100 cash on top of their voter income.
  • The single highest voted song each round is the Fan Favorite, and wins $100 cash from on top of their voter income.
  • Any age is eligible to compete, however if you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or guardian complete this form and handle all further communication.
  • You must have a verified Paypal or Venmo account to receive your vote income payment.
  • If your submission fails to reach 25 votes within the first 24 hours it will be removed from further participation within the round. This ensures a base common effort among contestants.
  • To issue your payout at the end of the round you must provide a completed W9 form. We will then issue a 1099-MISC form for your taxes. The completed W-9 form must be sent to us within 7 days of the round ending to receive payment or voter income is forfeited.
  • Your video submission and likeness will be displayed on our website and social media platforms on a promotional basis.
  • You have read and agree to all terms and conditions as detailed, and release/hold blameless "Global Rising," "Mohr Creative Group, LLC," "Props," and employees/contractors/judges for any/all legal issues that may arise from participating in this contest.
